Our color data base includes about 80000 different color matches for almost all kind of thermoplastics.
In most cases our customers have specific requirements for their colors: it might be a tone out of the RAL- or Pantone-register, a "house color", color chips from an automotive company or just color samples from their own clients. Our colorists team up very closely with our customers to match the color for application in the given natural polymer.
A color match is a complex task. The more precise the requirements that are given by the customer, the more perfect the match. In order to achieve the best result it is necessary to work closely with the customer to get their approval of color and technical properties. Our skilled sales people are available for this dialogue.
Our range of masterbatches includes nearly unlimited number of colors:

Because it is so important to fix the basic parameters for a color match, we developed a specific product questionnaire. Important particulars among others are:

Additive and Multifunctional Masterbatches
Requirements for the quality of products made from plastics have grown more and more ambitious in recent years. In contradiction to that, many polymer manufacturers offer just standard qualities and processors are looking for additives to improve the product performances and properties of their plastics. For this purpose ROWA offers a wide range of additive batches.

For special applications ROWA offers multifunctional masterbatches. Most of these products contain colorants in combination with some additives. The advantage of these products is the guarantee that the processor will always add the correct amount of additive and color to his product with just one metering device.
Typical applications are animal ear tags, which are made from polyurethane with batches that include the color combined with an UV stabilizer and a laser pigment. A lot of injection molded parts for automotives are made with multifunctional batches: color and UV stabilizers are often combined with lubricants to improve process ability.
